Ronnie Brown, aka Black Thunder, now has 3 consecutive 100 yard games. Two more and he ties Ricky Williams, aka The Hemp King, for the franchise record. Ronnie Brown. Badass.
Trent Green has what is being called a Grade 3 concussion, which is the worst kind of concussion you can get. Grades 1 and 2? Meh. Not too bad. Kind of like the headache I woke up with after the lost weekend with those two Indonesian ladies and the three cases of Dos Equis a few years back. Grade 3, however, is like the shit bomb of concussions. It means your brain slammed against your skull and almost plopped out of your head like someone just tripped and fell while holding a plate of Flan. To put it another way, Green's concussion is like the Miami Dolphins in the world of concussions. The worst of its kind. And yet, somehow, he's still not retired.
Oh, and Cleo Lemon is now officially the starter. Cam Cameron makes my brain hurt.
Start the Frickin Mormon!!! Look at what Trent Edwards is doing with the bills!! and thier almost as bigger MASH unit that we are. Memo to Cam the season is OVER. Lemon is NOT our future! Beck MAY BE? But we need to know before you go out and draft another family member.

Is Trent Edwards really the best example? He single handedly lost them that game.
Of course Beck wouldn't have that problem because so many of the veteran's would help him lose the game. Losing is a team effort in Miami.

With a name like Black Thunder, there's gotta be a theme song. I'm thinking early 70's wah-wah pedal.

I was listening to a press conference with Cam Cameron, and he said that in training camp they had open competition and Cleo Lemon beat out John Beck for the backup job. With that in mind, I wonder if Cam will revisit the open competition for the starting quarterback position because of the lack-luster performance of Cleo Lemon this past weekend.

"tripped and fell while holding a plate of Flan"
Colorful as always Dude.
And Ronnie's new nickname is very cool.
Aside from everything else we have to be patient because we're obviously not going to see Beck for a long long while. Cam is going to do it his way. sigh....GO PHINS....

Loving the new nickname. And, ironically, Black Thunder has been the only bright spot on the train wreck that is our 2007 campaign...
Can I pay somebody to smuggle in a case of Beck's (German for "beer") and put it on Cam's desk? You won't get in as much trouble as bringing Nick Satan the wrong Little Debbie cakes, so why not?
How the hell are we going to know if Beck is the answer we've searched for since Marino called it a career unless he gets some playing time before the 2008 draft? Hello! Cam, are you there or are you too busy entertaining the Ginn's???
