Because the Dolphins are flat out not interested. More than that, the Patriots remain the most interested in JT's services.
Even though JT has sort of proclaimed that coming back to Miami is his preference, expect him to be a Patriot by the end of the off-season.
Still, if JT really wants to come back, he shouldn't let Parcell's rejection deter him. Rejection hasn't stopped me from becoming Megan Fox's boyfriend.
